Carl Radle

American bass guitarist.
Born: June 18, 1942 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Died: May 30, 1980 in Claremore, Oklahoma.
He was a member of the groups gary lewis & the playboys (mid-1960s), delaney & bonnie with Eric Clapton (#15) (1969), derek & the dominos (1970) and eric clapton and his band (1974-1979).
Recorded with countless musicians of various musical styles, such as Dave Mason, J.J. Cale (#6), George Harrison (#10), joe cocker, Leon Russell (#2), buddy guy, freddie king, rita coolidge, Bob Dylan (#14) and John Lee Hooker (#2), among others.
He was posthumously inducted to the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame in 2006.
